Walk up from the cabin to the main road and head north towards Eiken church. Kyrkjeodden sandy beach is beside the church. Return to the cabin along the same route.

Start at the cabin at Moneveien 35. Walk to Eiken church, explore Skeie or continue south along Lake Lygne.

Loop at Skeie
A loop at Skeie
Walk south past Coop Prix to Skeie, take the loop on the headland by the lake, then return to the cabin. The area around Sørlandets Rehabilitation Centre has gentle gravel paths with views of Lake Lygne.
Longer loop
A longer loop by Lake Lygne
Continue south from Skeie along Lake Lygne and return north towards the cabin by the road. Use the official trail map for the paths at Skeie and Skjekkeland.
The Skjekkeland–Skeie trail is listed as approximately 2.5 km. This is the trail section, not the whole loop from the cabin.
